With the forced Evacuation of Avalon we decided to give our sister restaurant our upstairs dining area to do their thing on Satruday night with a 5 course dinner highlighting the favorites from The Diving Horse menu.
Reservations are limited and begin at 5:30 p.m.
$65 per person

Fried oyster, smashed “Dutch” potato salad, bacon mayonnaise
Raw oyster, deer creek, mignonette
Second:
Hudson Canyon lobster “bouillabaisse”, zucchini, rouille, tomato conserva, fennel
Third:
Barnegat scallops, toasted pearl pasta, preserved lemon, vermouth nage
Fourth:
Filet Mignon au poivre, confit fingerling potatoes, asparagus, peas, sauce forestière

“Kit Kat”, peanut butter, dark chocolate ganache, raspberry
